I reached out to support and waited for days with no reply at all. It was really frustrating and felt like a total waste of energy chasing them for something that should’ve been handled quickly.

I did end up meeting someone through it, so to be fair, it worked okay. I’m still not totally sure how I feel about the whole experience yet, but it wasn’t bad.

I’ve been using it for chats and, for the most part, it feels really solid. Messages usually load fast and I don’t really run into dropped stuff much, which I appreciate more than I expected. There was one night where replies were kind of laggy and it was annoying in that hard-to-explain way, but then it sorted itself out later. Overall, I feel good about it and it’s been dependable enough for keeping conversations going.

I got login alerts way later than I expected, and it kinda made me nervous. Like, if something weird was happeneing on my account, I’d wanna know right away, not after the fact. Just didn’t feel super safe to me...
